Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, managing inventory, and assisting with the overall operations of the warehouse to support smooth order fulfillment.

Hourly Rate: $28

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process incoming orders by picking, packing, and preparing them for shipment
• Ensure that inventory is properly stocked, organized, and accessible for order fulfillment
• Verify product details and quantities before packaging to ensure accuracy
• Maintain an efficient and organized workspace for smooth order processing
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely deliveries and correct order fulfillment
• Assist with inventory management, conducting regular stock checks and restocking when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies during fulfillment activities
• Communicate with other warehouse team members to address any issues or discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for managing orders and inventory systems
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Previous experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is a plus
