Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing Azure DevOps for project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Agile principles, with a preference for experience in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set clear project goals and deliverables, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing customer expectations.
• Risk and Impediment Management: Identify and address potential risks or impediments, utilizing problem-solving and risk management techniques to maintain project flow.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging iterative progress and adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
• Azure DevOps Management: Implement and manage Azure DevOps for project management, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow across teams.
• Team Management: Assist in team development, mentor team members, and remove roadblocks to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Agile project management.
• Certifications: Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Skills

• Azure DevOps Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing Azure DevOps for project management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• SAFe Experience: Strong understanding of SAFe methodologies.

Desirable Experience

• Azure Principles: Familiarity with Azure principles to optimize project management processes.
• Scrum: Experience with Scrum frameworks to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.
• Scrum Master Certification
• Kanban: Knowledge of Kanban methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Logistics Experience: Experience working with customers in the logistics industry.
