Job Description

We are rapidly growing privately owned dental practice, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to our patients in a comfortable, welcoming environment. We’re currently looking for a motivated and friendly Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who is preferably cross-trained to support both clinical and front desk responsibilities. If you are passionate about patient care, we want to hear from you! Pay will be based on experience level.

Our Ideal Candidate must be: 

· EFDA Certified

· Eager and Excited to learn 

· Reliable and Detail Oriented. 

· Bilingual Spanish and English 

· Front Desk basic knowledge. 

Position Requirements

· Take X-rays as required for diagnosis, ensuring proper patient positioning and safety protocols are followed. 

· Demonstrate sense of urgency. 

· Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. 

· Complete daily clinical notes and verify that treatment consents are signed prior to procedures. 

· Temporary crown/bridge fabrication skills. 

· Must be comfortable with taking impressions. 

· Ensure smooth patient flow by coordinating with other team members. 

· Keep all rooms clean and well-stocked. 

· Initiative taking to support Front desk when needed. 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

· Paid time off 

Schedule: 

· 8 hour shift 

· Monday to Friday  

Education: 

· High school or equivalent (Preferred) 

Experience: 

· Dental Assisting: 1 year (Required) 

License/Certification: 

· X-Ray Certification (Required) 

· Certified Dental Assistant (Required) 

Work Location: In person
