Job Responsibilities:
•Supporting UKG Pro Payroll and Workforce tools.
• They’ll be configuring the system, handling support requests, and managing integrations via Dell Boomi.
• Must know UKG inside and out, be comfortable working with payroll/HR teams, and understand U.S. payroll compliance (especially for Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas).
Requirements:
• Demonstrated ability with UKG Pro Payroll , UKG Pro Workforce Management, (formerly Workforce Dimensions) Time Keeping, Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence modules.
• Demonstrated ability with Dell Boomi , API and Flat File integrations for UKG Payroll Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Designing and implementing UKG software solutions from requirements set forth in company payroll and timekeeping policies, published laws and regulations, and external interfacing system requirements. Payroll compliance knowledge – primarily multi-state regulations (OK, KS, TX)
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or other related fields.
