Job Description
A Fortune 100 client of Insight Global is seeking a CRM Scrum Master to lead the agile development process for their marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will select software, establish sprints, and set up the meeting cadence with the developers. The ideal candidate should have experience in similar-sized development environments. The role involves owning the agile processes and capacity management for all MarTech and CRM workstreams, including Audience Development, Creative Development, Campaign Build & Deploy, Data Architecture, Platforms, and AdTech. The selected candidate will lead the implementation of an agile framework and manage all processes, including scrums, effort estimations, sprint planning, capacity management, and team output reporting.

Skills and Requirements
· 3+ years' in Project Management working within an Agile environment
· 3+ years' experience with Jira, TargetProcess or similar enterprise-level agile software
· Including the initial implementation of the software
· Certifications required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) · Experience working within a MarTech, CRM and/or Digital Marketing Organization
· Jira Align Tool null
