We've delivered over time, and we believe consistent device quality and great customer service are the most important ingredients in a successful reprocessing program. **What you will do** + Develop and implement Stryker's Sustainability Solutions program strategy + Foster key relationships with industry thought leaders and translate business insights into future business strategy + Author key strategy documents and drive alignment of business leaders + Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability topics, engage stakeholders, and effectively communicate complex information in a compelling manner + Anticipate new customer segments and tailors marketing strategies to meet current and future market needs + Initiates and drives new products and services based on changing customer needs + Has a deep understanding of trends in customer satisfaction inputs and can effectively adjust marketing strategy to align with customer engagement + Develop and manage a marketing budget and analyze and explain budget variances + Able to routinely make decisions which may affect immediate operation and have a company-wide impact **What you need** + Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred + 10+ years of work experience required + 7+ years healthcare marketing/sales experience required + Proven experience developing and driving programs, including creating brand value propositions and refining stakeholder messaging. + Strong ability to identify and build deep relationships with supply chain leaders, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers. + Expertise in developing and delivering compelling presentation content to influence internal and external stakeholders. + Demonstrated success in creating initiatives that promote business leadership while driving revenue growth and enhancing organizational impact. + $ **115,600** - $ **245,800** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
