Job Description
The Contracts Performance and Rebate Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end management of contract performance, rebate tracking, and compliance enforcement for Emergency Care Local, Indirect Channels, and Strategic Contracts, including Public Access AED and EMS distribution channels and EMS GPO Cooperative Contracts. This role ensures accurate execution of contractual obligations, supports rebate program integrity, and partners with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve process scalability. This role will focus on indirect channel lifecycle, contract performance and management, rebate/administration fee calculation and execution, reporting and infrastructure improvements, cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation.
**What you will do:**
+ Routing, approvals/signatures, compliance, deployment, and tracking details to ensure fulfillment
+ Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Solutions, Legal, and Finance to uphold contract terms and pricing compliance.
+ Track and enforce contract terms for approximately 130 distributor accounts across Public Access AED and Transport verticals:
+ Loyalty rebate for Public Access AED
+ Minimum annual spend for Transport Dealers/Manufacturers
+ Monitor minimum purchase commitments and rebate qualification for local contracts (e.g., Medwest Med, Falck).
+ Support GPO contract compliance (SAVVIK, NASPO, Sourcewell) and local CLA performance tracking.
+ Flag delinquent accounts receiving active pricing to mitigate financial exposure.
+ Own end-to-end rebate administration, including eligibility verification, rate application, and rebate payout validation.
+ Use sales data to report and validate rebate metrics.
+ Mitigate financial and compliance risk by ensuring accuracy and timeliness in rebate processing.
+ Manage significant contract and rebate complexity
+ Ensure adherence to pricing and rebate guardrails across distributor accounts.
+ Educate field sales teams on rebate limitations and enforcement processes.
+ Support and assist Project Specialists with creating benchmarking metrics and establishing processes used by Customer Solutions for consistency and audit readiness.
+ Collaborate to build streamlined tools that replicate Customer Solutions processes
+ Propose and support automation opportunities to reduce reliance on Excel and manual reconciliation.
+ Develop scalable templates and workflows for rebate and contract performance tracking.
+ Collaborate with Finance to ensure Model N data integrity for accurate membership and eligibility validation.
+ Collaborate and support Business Objects reporting limitations and manual Excel reconciliation
**What you need:**
+ Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of professional experience in related field OR 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
+ MS Excel (visualization tools, pivot tables, v-lookups)
**Preferred:**
+ Experience working with medical device contracts
+ Ability to interperet data from mulitple sources and make suggestions to the business
$69,100- $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
