Job Title: Roof & Gutter Cleaner

Pay: $30 per hour

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and safety-conscious Roof & Gutter Cleaner to join our growing team! If you're great with people, confident on roofs, and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you. This role involves working outdoors, ensuring roofs and gutters are clean, functional, and looking their best. A good attitude, a smile, and a professional tone go a long way — especially with our valued customers!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely climb and walk on residential and commercial roofs to clean gutters and debris
• Use blowers, hoses, and other tools to clear roofs of moss, leaves, and buildup
• Inspect and report minor issues or concerns to the team lead or estimator
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site when needed
• Assist in setting up ladders and safety gear properly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights and on pitched roofs
• Prior experience on roofs (cleaning, roofing, or construction background preferred)
• Friendly and professional demeanor — good with people, clean appearance, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and a clear speaking voice
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to Relocate:

• Everett, WA 98207: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Bonus Points:

• Experience with moss treatment or minor roof repairs
