Insight Global is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support our telecommunication client. This role provides support to project managers, ensuring that all project tasks are clearly defined, executed on time, and remain within budget. The position involves close collaboration with the Long Haul Fiber team, helping to coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and track progress across multiple workstreams. A key component of the role is the use of Oracle to manage project data, track material orders, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Procure materials for project managers, work with vendors to obtain quotes, and create purchase orders.
Coordinate material logistics, including order tracking, delivery scheduling, and project closeout.
Maintain and audit project documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support users of the central repository database in site management and workflow processes.
Manage schedules and coordinate work across departments and contractors.
Update trackers and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Identify and communicate project issues, offering solutions to project managers and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to ensure alignment with goals.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience in project coordination
2 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry
2 years of experience with procurement, supporting vendor quotes, purchase orders, and requisitions Bachelors/Associate degree in business management, project management, construction/operations management
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications. null
