About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, TX office. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives.

  • Coaching reps on strategy and technique.

  • Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit.

  • Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development.

  • Working with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners.

What You'll Need:

  • 1 year of experience as a SDR or sales team lead or manager.

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO.

  • Track record of leading a successful team.

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment.

  • Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.

  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $74,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
