Identiv Inc. needs an inquisitive, capable, motivated, support-minded System Administrator to work on all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our computer systems. We run a fast-paced and lean organization with a supportive atmosphere. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You will need to be able to diagnose a variety of issues and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the ability to collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technological infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting the growth of the business.

Requirements

● Provide multi-site technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

● Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems

● Respond immediately to security or usability concerns w/ Director

● Using Veeam, Create and verify data backups of key systems

● Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security

● Google Workspace Email / Google Drive administration

● Antivirus / Anti-malware management

● Server / Workstation patch management

● Printer management

● Network switch port management

● RingCentral phone system management

● Install and test computer-related equipment

● Reports directly to the Senior Director of Information Technology

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training/experience

● Proficiency in: Windows Server 2019 & up, Windows 10 & up / Office 2016 & up, Hyper-V

● Certifications a plus: Microsoft (Fundamentals, MCDST, MCTS, MCP, MCSE), CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, etc

● Ability to prioritize and quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems using a wide variety of tools

● Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements

● Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus

● Availability and Willingness to Perform Duties During Extended / Off Hours

Your base salary is a critical component of our comprehensive compensation package, designed to reflect your skills, experience, and performance. We provide a structured salary range that allows for growth and advancement as you progress in your role. Base Salary: $74,000

Total compensation package includes:
