Job Description

HumCap's client, an equipment supplier, is looking to add additional Sales Representatives to their team.You will be a key player on the sales team, contributing to the growth and success of the organization through a consultative sales approach. You will engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively promote products and services by understanding the unique needs of each prospect. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales, with an emphasis on providing value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of assigned clients using a consultative approach.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via inbound leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through thoughtful and client-focused strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategic, consultative sales approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software, HubSpot
- Sell in to churches, schools, and municipalities

Requirements

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients in a customer-focused manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound sales calls and preparing quotes for customers.
