GPAC has partnered with an outstanding company in the Construction Industry looking to bolster their Sales Team with an Inside Sales professional.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is not only energetic and self-motivated but also possesses the skills to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve Sales Goals & Quotas: Drive revenue growth by meeting and surpassing established sales targets and quotas.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within our internal database systems to enhance customer experience.

- Lead Qualification and Follow-Up: Identify and qualify sales leads, providing prompt follow-up and nurturing to move prospects through the sales funnel.

- Client Support: Assist clients with their needs, providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* Proven Sales Experience: A track record of successful sales performance is required .
* Time anagement: Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems to meet customer needs effectively.
* Ability to read Blue Prints and Drawings
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

You will start out in an inside sales position with a competitive base salary with a company plan to progress to an outside sales role and switch to a commision based compensation structure within 6-18 months.

Experience level:

- 3+ years

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
