$20-$22/hour

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience in child-welfare, family support practices, social services, and community service providers.
  • Perform home visits to clients’ homes, working closely with schools, health providers, social services, community service providers, etc.
  • Additional duties include completing assessments, facilitating team meetings, writing plans of care, documenting all activities, referring clients to needed services, etc.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or University and two (2) years' related experience. (Foster Care, Child Welfare, Counseling, etc.)  preferred .

Experience

  • Bachelor's - 2 years' related experience (Foster Care, Child Welfare, Counseling, etc.) preferred
  • Must   have a valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment.
