Position: Event Coordinator Description: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and expectations, turning ideas into reality. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
• Work closely with clients to understand their event goals and objectives, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring the event stays within budget.
• Source and manage vendors, including catering, décor, audio/visual, transportation, and entertainment.
• Create event timelines and schedules, ensuring all details are organized and communicated effectively.
• Conduct site visits and make logistical arrangements for events, ensuring the venue meets all requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
