What You'll Do:

• Own the daily dispatch – Schedule drivers, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and ensure on-time equipment availability.
• Be the go-to problem solver – Handle last-minute changes, emergency field repairs, and customer requests with ease.
• Keep customers in the loop – Communicate with customers about delivery times, updates, and service needs.
• Work closely with sales and service – Support the team by ensuring rental equipment is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
• Track and report – Maintain accurate dispatch logs, driver schedules, and compliance records.
• Ensure DOT compliance – Follow all DOT and Federal Motor Carrier regulations to keep operations running legally and safely.
• Adapt and improve – Find ways to optimize scheduling, cut down on delays, and make dispatch operations even more efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience counts – Previous dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination experience is a plus.
• Industry knowledge – Familiarity with construction or industrial equipment is a big advantage.
• Fast thinker – Able to multitask and problem-solve in real time.
• Customer-first mindset – Strong communication and people skills to keep both customers and drivers happy.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable using dispatch software and tracking systems.
• DOT knowledge – Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier regulations is a plus.
• Strong work ethic – Reliable, organized, and always looking for ways to make the process better.
