Do you want to help Brand Owners build better brands while ensuring the best possible customer experience within the Amazon Store? Do you have the ability to use data and customer research to develop marketing campaigns and create scalable solutions that help drive the necessary actions for brands to stand out to customers?

The Brand Experience (BX) Marketing team is looking for Digital Marketing Manager who will be a key team member contributing towards the successful implementation of our campaign roadmap. The Digital Marketing Manager will implement and execute global digital campaigns, including the successful build and launch of email, web, social, and paid media campaigns across various geographies and languages. Our ideal candidate has experience building, deploying, and activating multi-channel marketing campaigns, possesses a baseline of technical expertise with contemporary marketing automation platforms, and has demonstrated solid experience with email marketing and marketing automation.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage digital marketing campaign execution (email, web, digital) that aligns with business objectives inclusive of QA, deployment, and reporting
  • Maintain best-in-class operational excellence across the campaign workflows and campaign reporting
  • Evaluate campaign performance using multiple data points and methodologies
  • Own and manage campaign testing and experimentation roadmap with clear insights and actions
  • Implements the targeting, customer segmentation, and list maintenance for digital campaigns
  • Own weekly campaign report and ongoing attainment evaluation with organization-wide audiences including senior leadership
  • Collaborates with Product Marketing, Channel Managers, in-region Marketing teams, Research, and other internal stakeholders to create customer obsessed experiences for sellers and brand owners against shared goals

Our growing portfolio of BX tools enable brands to grow their brand awareness, improve their consideration, increase their conversion, and build brand loyalty. Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship digital marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing automated marketing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
