Position : Business Development Representative 

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range :$1400-$1800 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

 

Job Summary:

The channel Sales Business Development Representative role focuses on developing and managing relationships with channel partners across Latin America, identifying new business opportunities through these partnerships, and driving sales growth by leveraging their distribution networks to reach customers in the region, ensuring successful market penetration and achieving revenue targets through a strong understanding of local market dynamics and partner ecosystems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) in the LATAM market, aligning their capabilities with company offerings. 

Channel Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for LATAM, including partner segmentation, market penetration plans, and go-to-market initiatives. 

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring their understanding of product offerings, sales processes, and support needs. 

Sales Enablement:

  • Train and equip channel partners with the necessary tools, marketing materials, and sales enablement programs to effectively promote and sell company products/services. 

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

  • Identify and qualify leads through channel partners, manage the sales pipeline, and work collaboratively to close deals. 

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Track channel partner sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 

Market Insights and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regional nuances in the LATAM market to inform channel sales strategy. 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in channel sales within the LATAM region: with a demonstrated ability to build and manage partner relationships. 
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and language proficiency 
  • Experience with Hubspot and sales enablement tools 
  • Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and channel partners 
  • Analytical skills to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
