Overview of the Role:

Our client is seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, playing an integral part in supporting company growth. Responsibilities:

• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
• Manage bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts across various companies on a monthly basis.
• Handle financial write-ups on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Prepare and process payroll and sales tax returns.
• Record and adjust journal entries with precision.
• Assist with business license renewals and ensure compliance.
• Prepare W-2 and 1099 forms as required.
• Support wire transfer operations.
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Adobe.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
