Job Description

We're seeking talented BCBAs to join our growing team in Napa, Solano, Sacramento, and Sonoma Counties.

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of ABA programs. You'll collaborate with families and professionals to tailor programs to each client's unique needs, provide direct learning experiences, and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior interventionists. You'll conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports, all while empowering parents and caregivers to support their loved ones within their natural routines.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to personalize ABA programs.
Deliver individual and group learning experiences.
Meet with, train, and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBAs and behavior interventionists.
Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and write progress reports.
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments.
Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior plans.
Assist in developing adaptive skills.
Provide behavioral consultation to families and/or schools.
Supervise ABA programs to help clients learn skills related to daily routines, stress coping, play, social interactions, communication, task attention, safety awareness, and self-help.
Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff to support clients within their natural routines.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
Define target behaviors and write treatment goals, coordinating evidence-based programs, reinforcement, and antecedent management strategies.
Model and teach support staff how to implement intervention strategies and protocols.
Set up and maintain ABA session schedules and manage adjustments or cancellations.
Meet with families/caregivers (in-clinic or via telehealth) weekly to review progress, determine intervention effectiveness, and consult on treatment plans.
What You'll Bring:

Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including afternoons and evenings.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Valid California driver's license (if working in-person/hybrid).
Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
BCBA certification.
